Refund /cancellation Policy
To be eligible for a Sol Glow Skin return or exchange, please email solglowskin@gmail.com with the required information. To request a return, we ask customers to contact us within 14 days of your package being marked as "delivered". All requests, outside of the 14-day window or open and used products are ineligible for a return.
Please note, returns and exchanges that are returned without notice will not be accepted.
The following must be included in your return request for us to better assist you in a quick manner:
-Your name, email and phone number
-Order # from the receipt of purchase
-The items you wish you return
-Reason for your return
